The World Parkinson Congresses provide an international forum for the latest scientific discoveries, medical practices and care initiatives related to Parkinson disease. By bringing physicians, scientists, nurses, rehab professionals, policy advocates, care partners, family members and people with Parkinson's disease together, we aim to create a worldwide dialogue that will help expedite the discovery of a cure and best treatment practices for this devastating disease.   Plans are underway for the third World Parkinson Congress from October 1 - 4, 2013 to be held at the Palais des congrès in Montreal, Canada. The WPC 2013 is on track to be as successful as the first two Congresses but we can only do it with your involvement. The WPC 2013 is more than just a meeting. We hope to leave a legacy behind. When planning each WPC, we work with the local community to raise awareness about and increase the quality of life of people living with Parkinson disease. Please join us and help make this vision a reality in Montreal in 2013.
